Soil Protection Review:
The soil protection review is a statutory document which must be completed by every farmer as part of cross compliance; the review must be completed by the 1st September 2006, and must be implemented by 1st January 2007.
The review itself will have been sent to you amongst several other documents earlier in the year; however, if you do not have a copy, you can obtain one from Defra free of charge by calling 0845 955 6000, quoting publication reference PB11160.
The review must be completed this year and reviewed annually; with this in mind and in light of our current work load and commitments, we are booking appointments to see our clients and complete the appropriate paperwork in advance of the September cut off.
